Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unopened in original packaging with seals intact

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened containers of protein powders (Beef Protein, Casein Protein, Mass Gainers)
- Any opened supplement that cannot be resold (Amino Acids & BCAAs, Creatine, Fat Burners)
- Personal care items related to Libido Support or Hormonal Balance

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
