Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at sagargahlyan1212@gmail.com or +91 74009 00002 with your order number. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns and replacements

Because our products are consumables, we accept returns or replacements only if the product is damaged, defective, expired or incorrect on arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear can vary by bank or payment provider.
• If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount is refunded.
